With the release of Trio, Linda Thomas and Dan DeLancey have forged and strengthened their well-known traditional sound by adding bassist Ronnie DeLancey. Ronnie's talent and considerable musical experience is evident as he contributes a solid and tasteful foundation for the already established Thomas/DeLancey sound. In addition, the musicians are joined by guest artists to further enhance and document selections spanning varied cultures and time. Blending a combination of favorite vocal arrangements with a wide variety of instrumental styles, Trio is a project sure to please enthusiasts of Traditional Acoustic Music.
